The details of the Association of Leasehold Practitioners can be accessed here: https://www.alep.org.uk/.
Membership of the Association is subject to demonstration of a certain degree of experience in leasehold matters and covers valuers, solicitors and barristers.
I have one personal experience of using one of their members and the service provided was very good. Clearly up to all to do their own checks as well but at least it is a start.
Please add references here for any other practitioners who have provided good service in leasehold matters.
